I have a 2000 Dodge Caravan, V6 3.0 and it makes a ticking noise after I start it and it is warming up. The brake pedal also shakes when I brake no matter how fast I am going. What could it be?

Warped rotor on the brakes is the problem with the pedal play. I would consider either having them turned or replacing with new. Surprisingly they are not that expensive.

Ticking noise, goes away when the engine is warm? I might look to see if something is loose and flapping around with the belts or fan. It could be a belt that is seperating.
