Hi.
I have a 2003 Grand Caravan, with 67,000 miles

I jumped started a neighbors Honda Pilot a few evenings ago. I drove home and the next day my car would start (loud clicking sounds only). I have had it on a charger at about 10 amps for a couple of days now and nother is improved. It won't event turn over with the battery charger on starter mode (50 amps). The battery is a good quality Diehard and is only 2 years old.

Have I damaged the battery or possibly something worse?

Remove and clean the terminals with a terminal brush. A baking soda and warm water dip will remove corrosion, be careful not to get any in the battery, it will kill it! Also clean the negative terminal end at the engine block!
