what is wrong when the heater blows out cool air instead of hot air?????? i forgot to add that the only time the heater works is when i'm driving on the highway. at first hot air blows out, then the air turns cold again. power steering fluid is leaking on the ground everytime the van is parked. what do you think is wrong???
