looking to find the blower motor location on this van and posibly the resistor to control the speeds of the fan or is it controlled by the relay

Behind the glove compartment. Blower resistor controls the fan speed, and is right next to blower motor. Here is the instruction for replacement. It is meant for Chrysler/Dodge/plymouth Cirrus/Stratus/Breeze, but it is very similar to most models manufactured by Chrysler.
