2001 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 2001 Dodge Caravan and I need to drop the engine. I need to do that because the water pump went bad and the relay for the radiater fan went bad. I need to replace the heads on the engine because they are warped because it was overheated to long. It burns the radiator coolent right out the exhaust. So does anyone know how to drop an engine. Second does anyone know where is the relay for the radiator fan located. The local people at autozone said it was by the radiator somewhere..
