When stopped it acts like it not getting any gas, then when beginning to move, going up a hill or when trying to accelerate it acts like its "out of gas". The Engine light will flash and then will stop and it runs normally. The timing belts and unit were replace a few months ago. Could this be the fuel filter, fuel pump or something else?
