2000 Dodge Caravan Could this be my fuel pump?

I have a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan. Had transmission repaired 10 months ago. Now it kind of hesitates and pops when driving. When I turn on my air conditioner it gets worst it feels like my van is going to turn off and shakes as if to lose power.

Is check engine light on
have it scanned for codes
check it for a tune up
