WHEN SHIFTING INTO REVERSE OR DRIVE THERE IS A SQUEAK OR MOANING SOUND. THERE EXIST NO OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE TRRANSMISSION. I AM TOLD THAT A SOLENOID BLOCK ON THE TRANSMISSION IS THE CAUSE OF THE NOISE.

Have the fluid checked immediately. Try not to drive it as much until anything can be confirnrd. Although it may go away, your high mileage is bad. !50,000 miles is quite a bit. Have it checked and maybe it can be fixed, but the solenoid pack should not whine or moan. OK it is declared a close to home trip vehicle.
Thank You.
