1999 Dodge Caravan Repair Question

1999 Dodge Caravan Service Engine Soon
1999 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 225000 miles
The car was serviced 3 weeks ago. After that the instrument gauges would momentarily stop working, this is intermittent. 2 days ago I started the car and the ABS light was on and I drove off, when I got on the freeway I noticed the gauges were off. They came back on when I hit a bump, the ABS light went off and the service engine soon light came on. Since then the gauges have been working but the service engine light is still on.
I'm not sure where the codes appear when you do the 3 off-on key sequence so I don't have any codes.
So I guess I need to know where the codes are displayed and what all these symtoms may be. A loose computer connection maybe?

To get codes, you need a scanner to retrieve them. Most parts stores will do it for free.
