Hello I Have A Big Problem I Cant Seem TO Get The Pulleys Loose Enough To Put The New Belt On We Had To cut The Old One Off Cuz It Was Bad Soo If U Can Tell Me What To Do Or Where To GO From Here I Will Greatly Appriciate It Ok Thanx Again

Check the idler pulley and if you can't pull it away from the belt then you need to replace it
