1999 Dodge Caravan engine won't turn over

I have looked in my book but do not see where the stater is located. I drove it to the store and when I came out and turn the key it only did a click click noise, my husband is looking for the starter but can not find it?

The starter is right above the oil pan facing the front of the vehicle. However, the clicking you described sounds like a weak battery or corroded battery terminal. I would recommend checking that before replacing the starter. Most parts stores can load test the battery for free. Also, see if it will start with a jump start.
