while driving at hwy speed 60 mph makes a humming noise, when stiring to the left noise increases and gets louder not as much if stiring to right, this is my first mini van I do not a clue.

Classic sign of a worn front wheel bearing, although usually heard loudest at slightly lower speed, around 40 mph. Probably, but not always, the one on the opposite side from the direction of steer (i.e., steering left puts more weight on the right wheel bearing and makes the hum).
