Is there any way to tell the size of the rear wheel cylinder without taking the wheel off? The auto parts stores tell me it is either a 13/16 inch inside bore or a 3/4 inch bore.

Is is better to replace the entire wheel cylinder or just do a rebuild with a repair kit?
