The engine cooling fan in my van would not turn off, Now, after the batery is dead and replaced, I does not seam to turn on at all. The car is overheating.

I'm supecting the relay. When I opened the fuse ands relay box there is no indication on which relay/fuse is for what. where can I get this information?
