Brakes problem

I own a 98 dodge grand caravan se model.We just brought this vehicle.I found out that some one pulled the light for the abs.When i put in a new light bulb the abs warning light came on and stays on.I went to the garage and ask about the abs system and he told me that everything is ok.never but it on the scanner to see.He also said there is no rear antilock brakes just front ones.Is this true?what could be wrong with this sysytem?They passed it with no light or not saying a thing to us about it.Should i put the lightbulb back in and take it back to them?
