1997 Dodge Caravan I need help

I have a 97 dodge caravan n sometime when I turn on my van it run for half sec. N the van turn off so I have no idea y is it doing that place help me

That sounds like an intermittent problem with the immobilizer system. If you have another key, try that, otherwise you going to need dealer equipment to get it diagnosed properly.
