The heater Resistor in my van has been replaced. The blower motor is not working at all. I have checked the fuses, and the relay. All seem to be working. The blower motor was working before I changed the relay. I had a problem with it about a year ago and was able to clean up the connection and it worked. Any help on where to look next would be appreciated.

Check for a blown fuse, check for power to the motor. The resistor does not control the high setting.

Here is another thought. The ground for the blower motor is controlled by the ac/heater control module.

Without a ground, it won't run. I don't know how hard it is to get at the front blower motor connector? Just take the connector loose, turn on the controls to activate the blower motor. Check for voltage and ground at the connector.
