Engine Performance problem
1996 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Hello

I just replaced my engine. There is a white smoke coming out of the tail pipe and it smells like gas. I put a tissue into the smoke and it got wet with what appears to be fuel. I also have a engine code 0204, "Injector Circuit #4" Does this code have anything to do with the smoking fuel problem?

Thanks

White smoke is usually an indicator of coolant getting into the combustion chamber. I would check compression to make sure you don't have a bad head gasket. Also, look at the coolant level to see if it droping.

Let me know what you find.
