We have to pump the brakes to stop. The front brake pads and master cylinder have been replaced. We still have to pump the brakes to stop. Should we have done something more when we changed these items? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks D. Billls

you must bleed the system to remove all of the air, that will then give you a much stiffer pedal without having to pump it
