My engine is a 3.3L and when cold and sitting for a long time, even months, it will start right up. But when it warms up, whether a short or long trip it doesn't matter, after I shut the engine off for a while it takes a lot of cranking to get it started. If shut off and starting right away it is ok, but after a few minutes or hrs. It is very hard starting. Takes seven to ten seconds of constant cranking for it to start and then it seems flooded and takes a while to clear up. I replaced the fuel pump and filter. Any other sugestions? Thank you, Clair

First make sure your getting air, change your filter if you haven't already.(Air filter that is). Then check your fuel pressure and ignition. After that check wires and make sure they are not corroded.
