1994 Dodge Caravan Repair Question

1994 Dodge Caravan Rear Brakes / HOT - new Wheel Cylinders
Blew a rear wheel cylinder, lost pedal / fluid, NO BRAKE LIGHT WARNING
Changed Wheel Cyl's and shoes, bled at all wheels.
Brakes work terrific, but... rear drums are really HOT (280F at the moment with a 3 mile test drive not using brakes)
Wheels spin free when jacked up on axle.
I released adjusters to point the the E brake is barely working, and still hot, but no dragging. Shoes are correct Dimension (measured with digital calipers)
Is there a way to reset the proportioning valve?, maybe it is applying full rear, but stopping hard activates frts too)
any help greatly appreciated..
