i have to replace my timing belt on my van and do i have to pull the crank pulley to put the belt on or off the van. please reply chevy_trucks

you need a puller (you may be able to rent one check at your local part or too rental place )
may I also suggest water pimp too
and check if you have an oil leak check and change cam seals
