i went into the dealership because everytime i pressed on the brake i heared a clicking noise coming from behind the dash near the center council. almost sounded like a solinoid clicking noise. they looked and it and said it was the shifter solinoid. so i made my appointment to get it replaced went into my car and wouldn't start, nor turn over! so they had to fix it there. they got me and told me it was the brake switch. ok whatever i don't pay nothin cuz its under warrantee. well i went back into my car and ITS STILL DOING IT! i told them that my car is still making the same noise! they told me its normal, i told them BS lets jump into a used caliber and i bet u it won't do it! the guy said he was to busy to check out other calibers right now. well anyways my car is now dead! won't start won't turn over. won't even start in Nuetral! i do have a viper remote start on it. and when u tap the brake it shuts the car off when your key is not in the ignition and turned. is it possible that the brake switch is too small on ampage wise with the remote start hooked up? where is the brake switch at? what do you think it could be?
