2001 Daihatsu YRV YRV ECU code problem

2001 Daihatsu YRV 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual
Dears,
kindly note that i have daihatsu mira model 2000 with engine 1000 cc its code is l701 and i mounted another engine of yrv 2001 its 1300 cc and with code k3-ve after applying everything it was going okay and i faced a problem with the ECU first i thought that the ECU is damaged but i found it code is (M 32) and i couldnt start the engine when i asked one of my friends who already have this car a i found that the code of his ECU is (M 06) and after asking another friend he told me that the M32 is not compatible so i want to know what are the compatible ECU codes with my engine plz helpppppppp
