1994 Daihatsu Mira Engine bucking violently when warm

1994 Daihatsu Mira Front Wheel Drive Manual 119000 miles
My car experiences violent bucking when engine is warm. The top speed is limited as a result of this bucking that kicks in at 70mph. I also have this problem occurring randomly at lower gears upon acceleration. Could this be an EGR valve problem? I have already upgraded the fuel pump, fuel filter, and larger injectors, but the problem remains. I'm extremely annoyed. Please help.
