2008 Daihatsu Delta Problem in my head lights

2008 Daihatsu Delta 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 603 miles
if I turn on tha lights at night or any time if I use the low beam the hight still keeps on lightning at very low intensitive the same situation happen if I use hight beam the low beam lights very litle.
I have check many thins and had no result at all.
