Hi!
My '02 Lanos is acting weird when trying to accelerate.E.G. When it hits 20mph, 40mph and sometimes 60mph it actually kind of slows down the car like trying to change the gear. And then if I continuously press hard the gas pedal the check engine light goes off.
I know Daewoo has a small engine but is it supposed to act like this?

Check engine light coming on is in fact the computer trying to tell you
(you have a problem )
you need to scan for codes
as that will help to pin point the trouble area
let me know of the codes
