Cylinder 4 misfire

Hello I have a 2002 Acura Mdx did a recent tune up because of cylinder misfire check light went off but came back on now it says cylinder #4 misfire changed the spark plug and coil light went away then came back on after I drove for a bit could it want a valve adjustment

Yes, check the valve clearances and try swapping the injectors if the valve clearance adjustment does not work.

Had one in the shop with a very similar situation. Turned out to be valve clearances were tight on several cylinders.
