Cutting out, steering and gas pedal hard

I start the car it cuts off so I have to rev the engine a little. After sitting for 20 mins once I try to take it out if park it cuts out, and if it doesn't cut out it's hard to press the gas pedal and the steering seems to be a little difficult.
