P1389 no start correct cps resistance

Swap the horn for the ASD relay and see if it lights. Low voltage from the crankshaft position sensor will cause the PCM to shutdown the ASD which will cause this code. As long as the ASD relay is good and seated properly, I would suspect that the crankshaft position sensor is going bad.
