Cooling problems

First issue (6 months ago), I had my water pump replaced. And then my heater core went two months later.

After they were both fixed (shop), newer issues have arrived. (Going down hill my temp drops completely from 90 - 0 ).

Lately I have had new issues. My fan is not working (spring weather now). I have drove highway for 1 hour long each way, and water is spitting out my overflow from the black hose. Overheating?

Thank you.

Yes overheating. I never saw the thermostat replaced?

Most likely you have damaged the head gasket from overheating

Well, I just checked it out, and the head gaskets not fried. Seems like the tank is shot. (Over flow).
