Code P0705

My car when its off and turn on after a moment the d light comes flashing and check engine is on with code p0705. When car off and turn back on the d light is normal after a while the d lights flashes on and off I do feel that the trans feels weird when that happen but when the d light is normal the car runs perfect. Check all connector for any short and nothing

That codes means there is a short in transmission range selector.

My mechanic check all the voltages and check all wiring cant find the problem. Will this short make my d light flash?

It's a short in the part that is pointed to in pic and yes it would do what you are saying it is.

Print the two things si'm sending and have him use a scanner to test this the way it says to.

The first picture that you send me with the trans range sensor the shory your pointing would be the red arrow?

The arrow points to the transmission range selector, It says switch but it's the same part.
