Hi,

New member here and first time Audi owner! Have maybe a big issue that I need some help with if someone could oblige.

When in neutral I get a strange noise at the bite point with the clutch, change in engine sound if you get me.

Fine when depressed and up, just at the bite point. DMF?

Just so I understand, you have the vehicle in gear and the clutch depressed. As you let it out and it begins to grip, it makes a noise in the engine?

If this is the case, can you get a recording of it? More than likely this is something in the throw out bearing if it is a bit of a grinding noise.
