I have a 1985 feiro gt v6 4 speed with 21600 miles on it. It has been sitting for about 7 months, it ran fine when I parked for the winter. Now to get it to go I put it into gear and release the clutch but it wont move. I need to get the RPMs up to about 4000 befor it will move. Is this the clutch?

Yes that does sound like the clutch.

Is the fork moving ok?

I not sure what you mean by the fork? It shifts just fine.
