2004 Citroen C5 pad changing

Brakes problem
2004 Citroen C5 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive 46000 miles

I can remove the front pads but i dont know how to push the piston back . I know it not as simple as other brakes and i totaly clueless with the Citroen
