2003 Citroen C5 Citroen C5 central locking

Electrical problem
2003 Citroen C5 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 100k miles

I've had intermittent problems with the drivers door central locking for about a year but I've always been able to open it with the key. Now the drivers side rear door won't open and I have the child locks activated so I cant even open it from the inside. I've 2 questions.
1. How do I get the door open?
2. is this most likely a solenoid issue or is the a central controller or something I should be looking at that drives the solenoids? How could I diagnose this?

Thanks

Hello.. thanks for the donation .. much appreciated

You will need to remove the inner door panel from the rear door .. this is a difficult task with the door closed .. but it is possible .. once the panel is removed you can manually open the door and rectify the fault .. you will need to replace the door lock actuators
