Hi I have a dodge caravan se 1996 with 201.000 km
and every once in a while the flashers make a weird tic tic noise instead of the regular tic tic when the flashers are engaged.Also this happened 2 times all the guages stop working the gas guage and spedometer guage and battery guage.Someone told me that it could be a short thats lose somewhere.Can someone tell me where these grounds are located so that I can tighten them .Or is it something else and not the grounds.
