Chrysler Town & Country Heater
My heater only blows out cold air unless I put the car in Park and I reve the engine to 3 RPM, then the air gets hot. The temperture gauge is going to warm, so I think the thermostat is OK.
Can replacing the cabin filter and/or the air filter help the problem? If not, do you have any ideas?

Sounds like there is a restriction.Does the engine run at normal operating temp? If it does the you might want to flush the heater core
