1997 Chrysler Town and Country Continued from previous?

Received your email re: above said van. In my previous? I said camshaft sensor was replaced when I meant crankshaft sensor. Please tell me your are confident that it is the ignition switch & or ignition cylinder (tumbler)! What else could it be. On a Chrysler is there another fuse that controls the ECM that is not part of the ECM, could this be?

What does the security light on the dash do when you are cranking it? Should be off. If flashing, the ign switch may be the probelm. Common on chyslers. Try tapping the key in further then try it.
