1994 Chrysler Sundance Won't idle correctly

1994 Chrysler Sundance 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 160000 miles
My service engine soon light is on and the car is idling at 3000 rpm instead of its normal 800. Is this an Idle air control sensor malfunction or something else?
