Ignition Question

Hello I have a 2004 Chrysler Sebring and when I put the key in the ignition, nothing happens. The ignition is locked but the steering wheel turns, and the gear shift is locked and will not move. The ignition switch will not move, the only thing that moves is the steering wheel. What should I do?
