Autoparts question

I recently replaced an oxygen sensor in my 2001 sebring sedan (v6, 2.7L). I was charged $142.00 for the part and $49 labour.
Heres my question. I searched eautopartstore.com and found the same part for my car for much less. Are there different qualities of the same part? Why would there be such a difference in the price of part.
