2006 Chrysler Sebring car won't start
Electrical problem
2006 Chrysler Sebring 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
My car won't start and the wipers, turn signals and rear defroster don't work. I replaced several fuses and a relay from the panel near the steering column and they looked like they were burned out. The car still won't start. Also, my electric windows stopped working 6 months ago.
Could it be fuses under the hood? What is my next step?

Look for fuel and spark and then comeback and tell me what's missing
