my car wouldn't start, made no nopise when turning key, took out battery and had it tested and charged. put battery back in, still nothing. had a new chip key made at almost $200. nothing, checked fuses found that the emergency light and the ignition fuses were blown. changed fuses, car started then shut off, fuses were blown again....now what should i check?
