2004 Chrysler Sebring idle setting

How do you adjust the idle of the engine? Seems to be idling at about 600-700 rpm. Sluggish on acceleration

Idle is computer controlled. I would start checking this by seeing whar codes are in the computer. Something may be causing the air/fuel mix to be incorrect that the computer may detect.
