Noises problem
2004 Chrysler Sebring 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 71000 miles

my car is howling even at 30 miles an hour. Had wheel bearing replaced and still have noise. Could it have something to do with the air pump and the valves?

When you say "Howling", are you able to tell if it's coming from your engine, or another part of the car?

If you don't hear it while your engine is running and your in "Park", then it's not the engine.

If you determine it's a part of the car, then does the sound change as you turn corners? If so, then it's a wheel/suspension problem. (Possible they screwed something up when replacing the hub)

If the sound doesn't change, then it's possible it's the transmission.
