1997 Chrysler Sebring

My 97 Chrysler Sebring convertible's floorboards have been filling up with water everytime it rains. I suspect the doors are somehow leaking because the seats are never wet. Also, after it rains, there is a sloshing sound like something is holding water. When I sop up the water and then drive some more, more water appears even if it's not raining. What do I do?

There should be a drain that releases water that goes down into the area where the wiper linkage is. Debris has probably gotten into it and plugged it. It's full, so when the rain comes it speill over into the passenger compartment.
