For several months my PT Cruiser has been making a noise when turning the front wheels right or left. Sounds as if it related to the power steering. Problem is more pronounced in cold weather. No fluids leaking, but when I checked the power steering fluid, there were air bubbles in it (fluid level was not low). What kind of problem am I facing? thanks
