2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
my 2001 pt cruiser won't start. but the radio and blinkers work even with the key off and out of ignition. but windows won't go up or down with key in the on position. when i turn the key it does nothing. is my ignition switch bad?
