I have tested and checked everything with radiator fan. the fan turns on when direct power from battery but will not turn on when connected to wire harnes to relay. all relays and fuses fine, when disconnnected wire connectors little burn mark on connector wire. should i connect fan straight to battery or change wire from relay box. what else can it be any suggestions.

Hello,

Have you tried jumping power at relay to turn fan on.

Also is engine light on? If so possibility Coolant Temp Sensor is Bad.

Ok, on the Low Speed Fan Relay locate the Socket with a Dark Green wire and the find a power source jump from the power source to the Dark Green wire.
